ReYOUse is an online store that caters to plus-sized women with the mission to reduce clothing waste through thrifting. The name reYOUse is a play on the word “reuse” with a new emphasis on YOU, the shopper. This concept was developed in response to plus-sized individuals' lack of options when shopping second-hand, and the growing concern for the environment’s condition as a result of the over-production and over-consumption of clothing. The imagery highlighted is centered around cloth material, a very important aspect of clothing waste due to their rate of degradation/decomposition.
