Disrupt is an artist exhibition which aims to highlight Chicago-based graffiti artists. The venue, Hyde Park Art center, is one of the oldest centers celebrating alternative art in the city and has a commitment to accessible art. The name “Disrupt” was chosen because graffiti is seen as an act of “disrupting visual order.” This project has progressed from a simple poster design to a functional website, originally designed in Figma, the site was then translated into to HTML and CSS to become fully functional.
